Receiving a call
- Clients will call your company’s main number
- Calls will route to your phone either by direct extension or through ring groups
- Either pick up the handset to answer the call or hit the Answer function key (middle key)
Placing a call on hold
- Once the call is answered, press the round Hold key to place the call on hold and to play hold music to the caller. The line indicator will flash red
- To resume the call press the Hold key again
Transferring a call
There are two types of transfers. A normal transfer allows you to introduce the caller to the recipient of the transfer. A blind transfer immediately sends the call to the recipient of the transfer.
Normal transfer of an active call
- Press the Transfer function key (middle key)
- Dial the extension or external phone number you want to transfer to
- Press the Dial key
- Introduce the call to the recipient of the transfer
- To complete the transfer press the Transfer function key (left key)
Blind transfer of an active call
- Press the Transfer function key (middle key)
- Press the Blind function key (right key)
- Dial the extension or external phone number you want to transfer to
- Press the Dial key
Normal transfer of an on-hold call
- Press the More function key (right key)
- Press the Transfer function key (middle key)
- Dial the extension or external phone number you want to transfer to
- Press the Dial key
- Introduce the call to the recipient of the transfer
- To complete the transfer press the Transfer function key (left key)
Blind transfer of an on-hold call
- Press the More function key (right key)
- Press the Transfer function key (middle key)
- Press the Blind function key (right key)
- Dial the extension or external phone number you want to transfer to
- Press the Dial key
Dialing an external number
- Dial the external phone number
- Pick up the hand-set to dial the call
Dialing an internal extension
- Dial the extension
- Pick up the hand-set to dial the call
Speakerphone use
- Press the Speaker button to transfer the call audio from the handset to speakerphone
Headset use
- Press the Headset button to transfer the call audio from the handset to the headset

Delivery to email
- Already configured to your email
Text transcription

Record your Voicemail name and greeting
- Dial *97
- Press Dial
- Input your voicemail password
- Press option 5 to set your voicemail
- Press 1 to record greeting
- Press 2 to choose greeting (if you have multiple greetings)
- Press 3 to record your name
- Press 6 to change your voicemail password
Bringing an additional caller into your active call (3 callers on the line together)
- First you must be on an active call
- To bring in a second caller, press the Conf function key (right key)
- Dial the extension or external phone number you want to conference in, this puts the first caller on hold
- Press the Conf function key (now the left key function), to merge all 3 callers
- If you want to separate the calls, press the Split function key (middle function key)
Adding Directory entries
- Press the Directories button
- Select Contact Directory by pressing 1 or enter (checkmark key)
- To add an entry press More, then Add
- In the Contact field, enter the internal extension, or external phone number
- In the Label field, enter the name you want to appear on the phone
Editing Directory entries
- Press the Directories button
- Select Contact Directory by pressing 1 or enter (checkmark key)
- Scroll down to the entry you’d like edit
- Press the Edit key
- Make any needed modifications and press save
